What is the help site about?

We have one of the most detailed collections of user guides and tips for games, shops, news and a whole lot more dedicated to Zetapets.com! We will continue to expand and improve the site! Zeta Help is based on a team of dedicated staff who are also active members of Zetapets!

We also link to other help sites that are useful - and give similar information slightly differently - which may or maynot be easier to understand depending on a personal point of view.

We have also tried to make the navigation as simple and obvious as possible - which should help when you are looking up information about anything Zetapets related. The website is also constructed to render correctly on all major browsers and at the popular 800x600 and above resolutions.

And we always take on board any sort of constructive criticism and praise! So we listen to YOU the user and adjust our help site to you.

Why is Zeta Help the club so unique?

There may be more than one club calling themselves 'Zetahelp' but we are the original and first club to be formed. We have been around since February 28th 2004 when clubs were first introduced on Zetapets.com.

By being part of the club you will have access to ALOT of special member privileges, as well as a friendly and eclectic community of all ages.

*The General (ehem) History*
The site is the main club site for Zeta Help, so unsurprisingly, ZetaHelp - the club and help site was created by Mosey - the owner of Zeta Help. She wanted to create a site that extended the idea of "helping others on Zetapets" - so the help site "idea" was formed. However, she needed some help with her ideas (and more ideas) since this was going to be one of the biggest projects that she had undertaken, and Dymphna quickly became one of the main 'drawing boardies' because it was so easy to discuss ideas with her.

Dymphna was also very experienced with HTML and graphics, her personal site was 'living' proof of her obvious talent. Mosey definitely thought it was wooooow (and still does!), plus Dymphna was a pretty cool person. She provided invaluble support, time and content to the site as well as being a great friend to chat with.

Luckily Mosey had already got a paid-host (fairly stable with the odd downtime) which meant implementing scripts and such were no big hassle (compared to eg. Hostultra.com with alot of ads) and uploading using FTP Surfer was an absolute dream. Many cups of tea, chocolate, jellybeans and mp3s on Winamp later, the ZetaHelp site was released for public scrutiny on June 6th 2004.

In case it wasn't obvious, this "potted" history was written solely by Mosey, very late on a Sunday evening.
