ZetaHelp Safety Guide!

Welcome to ZetaHelp's safety guide. Here you will find a few guidelines you can use to protect yourself and your Zetapets account!

Basic Internet Safety

One of the most IMPORTANT rules is: Never give out personal information like:

• Your real name

• Your home address

• Your telephone number

This information is very specific from person to person. If you give it out, the person receiving the information will pretty much know who you are & where to find you. You may choose to reveal your age & gender, this information is far less likely to allow someone to find you but do be careful where you put that information if you choose to =)

When entering your password on the log in page, be sure to check the URL is correct: www.zetapets.com or www.zetapets.net

If you receive a zmail offering you free items, free ZP, rare items and all they need is your password, this is a SCAM! If you receive one of these mails, copy and paste it into the body of an email and send it to: moderation@zetapets.com

When you want to trade items/ZP with another user, always use the Swap Center! If you try to trade any other way, there is no guarantee you will receive the items promised by the other user.

Moderators are on site to help anyone who needs it! if you have problems with anything related to zeta and you can't seem to find an answer, you can always contact a moderator =)
